Weigh in...

So, today was my first Weight Watchers weigh in... Ugh!

I lost .4 .... yes, POINT 4 pounds. I am trying NOT to be upset and NOT to get frustrated. But Come On! And yes, its still a loss blah, blah, blah. I was just hoping for more. Ok... now that that's out of my system I will be positive and continue on my journey ... but I think Im gonna blame that scrawny weight loss on the Super Bowl :)

  1. Girlie, I know what it's like to not see the scale move much. (Hence the two weeks in between each "official" weigh-in) Even if you aren't happy with that loss, it IS a loss- so much better than seeing the scale going the other way. :)

  5. Just keep the momentum going. Like your blog. The stages of grieving/dieting post is a truism!

  6. Every posiive thing that happens is success!!! These things help you get closer to your goal. Even the small things....For me I have to remember, it's not all about what the scale says. There are a lot of factors that go into getting that thing to move. I rejoice in all of the positive things I do, things that don't show up on the scale...The more I do those positive things, the more that scale moves and the closer I get to my goals. Rejoice where you are! (Certainly could be worse!!) We can do this thing.

    Keep focused!

  7. Hello Krista,
I would like to tell you about something that my mom has been taking and it working extremely well for her. It is called Plexus Slim and it is a Drink that you drink once a day, it taste like Raspberry Crystal Light. She has lost 20 lbs and 3 pants sizes in 3 months. She did not diet or exercise. My sister lost 10 lbs in a month. It is new to the market but has been approved safe enough for children and lactating mothers. It is all Natural FREE of caffeine and stimulants.
It is also a great time to get involved in the company it you are interested. Like I said it is a new company and you can start up in the company for as little as 150.00 Dollars with that you get a website for a year and product that you can either sell or take yourself. But the product sells itself. Once you start losing weight people will want to know how you are doing it. And then once those start losing weight people will start asking them how they lost their weight. And with you having a blog already you would do amazing. I wanted to let know about the product and to tell you it really works I have seen it first hand. There are about 50 people in my area on the product and they are all losing weight some faster them other but all losing. I wish you the best of luck with your weight loss. And if you would like to know more about Plexus Slim and the company you can visit www.plexusslim.com/47338. Oh, there is a 60 day Money Back Guarantee. And if you have any questions you can email me at jladams04@gmail.com. If you would like to talk email me and I will gladly send you my phone number or just send me yours and I will call you.
    Best of Luck to you,
    Jamie
